A Few Words About Our Cafe
The Railway Cafe is a beautiful listed building, a railway station restored to its former glory in 1990 and opened as a cafe. The Station sits on the old Wolverhampton to Dudley railway line stretching from Aldersley all the way towards Dudley cutting through the beautiful Staffordshire countryside passing Himley Hall.
The disused line is now perfect for walkers, cyclists, family outings and horse riding. There is ample free parking and is only 2 minutes drive from the historic village of Wombourne. The cafe offers a delicious selection of freshly made food, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and is a licensed premises, so you can enjoy your favourite tipple whilst dining with us. Dogs are welcome in the garden or on the old platform that is all under cover. Also close by is the beautiful Victorian Bratch Pump House, Bratch Locks and Bratch Park.
